We here at Problem Solver Co. want to solve as many problems as we can!

We love nature and we've made it our goal to reduce our environmental impact on our planet. Therefore, we have partnered with manufacturers and suppliers and asked them to ship your package themselves, straight to your destination. By doing this we are eliminating unnecessary trips to different warehouses and multiple middlemen, thus drastically cutting down on emissions.

IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is FREE on most items. On some special items, we have Free Shipping over $100 or Paid Shipping.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Please allow a maximum of 1-5 WEEKS for your order to arrive.

The average delivery time of our products is estimated to be between:

● 10-20 DAYS to USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA
● 10-25 DAYS to EUROPE, NEW ZEALAND
● 2-4 WEEKS to REST OF THE WORLD

Please note that these are only estimates.

After placing your order you will receive a tracking number within 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS. You can easily track your order status on our Order Tracking page.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If a package gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new one with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible or fully refund your money.

If your order contains multiple products and one of them was not delivered, we will only refund your money for that specific product, or send you a new one at no extra cost.

Shipping insurance covers the package until it is marked as delivered by the delivery company. Once the package is confirmed as delivered, it will no longer be eligible for shipping insurance. 

What to do if your package is marked as delivered but it didn't show up:

● Contact your local post office. Call your local post office, not the international hotline. Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about your delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.

● File a missing mail claim with your local post office. 

Shipping insurance does not cover misdelivered packages. It is in your (the buyer) responsibility to correctly provide us with your shipping details. If you've incorrectly entered your shipping details, you can still edit your order from the Order Actions Menu. Orders can be modified until they are processed. Once your order has been processed, you will no longer be able to make any additional changes. 

Shipping insurance does not cover packages that have been stolen from your property after they have been delivered.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
