RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

 

OUR WARRANTY

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty.

If your purchase does not match the description or the item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund your payment.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at contact@problem-solver.co - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by after the order has been confirmed as delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that different devices display colors differently. There may be a slight color variation between the colors displayed on the screen and those from real life. This is a factor that we cannot control and it is caused by the brightness of the display, the quality and manufacturing processes of the display and the manufacturer of the display. We will not honor any returns and refunds if the real life color of your ordered product slightly varies from the color displayed on your device.

We can only accept returns of products damaged during transit or products that are not as described (you received the wrong product).

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund, return or exchange. 

Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing contact@problem-solver.co with a detailed reason for the the return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RMA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To make the return process hassle free, you can fill our Easy Return Form. Just follow the provided instructions within the form to submit your request. 

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover custom fees for returns)

Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE & REFUNDS:

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If a package gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new one with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible or fully refund your money.

If your order contains multiple products and one of them was not delivered, we will only refund your money for that specific product, or send you a new one at no extra cost.

Shipping insurance covers the package until it is marked as delivered by the delivery company. Once the package is confirmed as delivered, it will no longer be eligible for shipping insurance. 

What to do if your package is marked as delivered but it didn't show up:

● Contact your local post office. Call your local post office, not the international hotline. Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about your delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.

● File a missing mail claim with your local post office. 

Shipping insurance does not cover misdelivered packages. It is in your (the buyer) responsibility to correctly provide us with your shipping details. If you've incorrectly entered your shipping details, you can still edit your order from the Order Actions Menu. Orders can be modified until they are processed. Once your order has been processed, you will no longer be able to make any additional changes. 

Shipping insurance does not cover packages that have been stolen from your property after they have been delivered. 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: contact@problem-solver.co

 

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If your order contains multiple products and one of them was not delivered, we will only refund your money for that specific product, or send you a new one at no extra cost.

We will not refund the full amount of money if other products from your order are successfully delivered.

 

SALE/PROMOTION ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

You can cancel your order within the Order Actions Menu. Orders can only be canceled until they are processed. Once your order has been processed, you will no longer be able to cancel it. 

 

INVALID REASONS

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Problem Solver Co. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
